今回依頼を受け、駅から10分弱とこのエリアで
希少な中古マンションの物件調査を実施。
1970年代の建物で、同年代！と親しみが湧きます。

敷地のとりかたも余裕があって、
住戸は2階建てタウンハウス状、
米軍敷地内にあるアパートのような雰囲気もありました。
